The villa is fully air-conditioned/centrally heated throughout, making it a comfortable environment whatever the season.

The master suite is furnished with a king size bed, and is complemented with a walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower-room, it also benefits from a vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan, for extra comfort. It has its own TV and DVD player and a safe.

There are two twin bedrooms, both of which have their own TV and DVD players and which share a second bathroom.

There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer with ice maker and dishwasher and a breakfast bar. There is also a fully equipped laundry with washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.

The comfortable family area has a vaulted ceiling with fan, has the benefit of an additional pull out sofa bed (linen is provided), and a dining area with seating for six guests.

Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the villa and there is also a VoIP phone with Skype for making FREE unlimited local and national calls.

The villa also comes equipped with a highchair and travel cot for guest travelling with very young children

Outside is a private, extended and fully screened, southwest facing pool (26' x 13') with spa. The pool has a safety fence, to keep children away from the pool, which can be removed when not required. There are also insulated pool and spa blankets for use, to conserve heat, when the pool heat is being used. Pool and/or spa heat is available at an extra charge - if required. There is also a comfortable shaded lanai complete with fan, dining table, chairs and loungers.

Private parking is available for two vehicles.
